It is with deep regret to receive the sad news on the passing of Professor Otto Hutter at the age of 96. Professor Hutter served as a council member of IUPS from 1983 to1989 and has been an active promoter of physiology education, a key mission of IUPS. At this time of grief, we extend our most sincere condolences to his family. Prof. Hutter will be fondly remembered by the global physiology community.
