IUPS launches a new series of "beacon meetings" starting with the inaugural IUPS beacon 2024. It will take place in Tutzing, Germany (near Munich) from October 25th to 28th. Save the date! The IUPS beacon meetings are intended to be small focused meetings on a timely topic in physiology that will provide participants with an immersive and interactive scientific exchange of ideas that is especially aimed at benefitting early career researchers.  The meeting is entitled Rhythmic activity and its disorders in muscle and brain  

The meeting will host a maximum of 100 participants in a cloistered atmosphere. The venue is an attractive former castle and should provide an ideal environment for scientific and social exchange
