African Physiology Teaching Workshop and Inaugural Undergraduate Students Quiz in Kigali, Rwanda

The East African Society of Physiological Sciences (EASPS), in collaboration with the African Association of Physiological Sciences (AAPS) and the International Union of Physiological Sciences (IUPS), is pleased to announce a Physiology Teaching Workshop and Inaugural Undergraduate Students Quiz. The Theme of the event is “Advancing Physiology Education in East Africa”.
The event has 3 sub-themes, including:
  1. Competency-based Physiology Curriculum
  2. Active Learning Strategies in Physiology Education, and
  3. The Ethical Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Teaching and Assessment of Physiological Competencies
The event will be hosted by the Physiological Society of Rwanda (PSR) at the University of Rwanda, Kigali, Rwanda.
Dates: 8th – 10th May, 2026.
