PSJ’s 100th anniversary was a big event

The 100th Anniversary Annual meeting of PSJ (president of the meeting : Prof. Tadashi Isa) was recently held at the Kyoto International Conference Center (https://www2.aeplan.co.jp/psj2023/en_index/). It was part of the Year of Physiology . At this memorial 100th meeting, PSJ looked back over the 100-year history of physiology in Japan, and looked forward to the next 100 years in anticipation of further development.

It was a big, impressive and very successful meeting with more than 2200 registered participants, and over 1,100 presentation abstracts. The program included over 60 symposiums, 9 lectures including those by two Nobel laureates (Profs. Pääbo and Yamanaka), and sessions for undergraduate students and high school students.

Congratulations to the Physiological Society of Japan (PSJ)!
